The Configuration module in P4 Customs allows you to manage the fundamental aspects of the system and customize it to meet the needs of your organization.

It is organized into three main areas: **System**, **Reports**, and **Workflows**.

The System section contains essential functions for administration and security:

* **Tenant Module** – Define and manage the information of the company using the system.
* **Translations** – Adapt the software to different languages, ensuring all users can operate in the required language.
* **Users** – Manage user accounts, including creation, modification, and permission assignment by role.
* **User Sessions** – Monitor and control user activity within the system, useful for auditing and process tracking.
* **Document Numbering** – Configure the sequence and numbering of documents generated by the system, such as invoices, guides, and customs declarations.
* **Records** – Access the system's historical logs, allowing you to track changes and movements made.
* **Query Generator** – A tool for creating custom queries on system data, facilitating analysis and reporting.

The Reports section allows you to manage the generation and presentation of relevant system information, including:

* **Print Reports** – Create detailed reports on customs operations.
* **Email Templates** – Enable automated communication with clients and users using predefined formats.

The Workflows section allows you to configure and manage the automated processes and approval flows that govern operations within P4 Customs, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and customs regulations.
