Clients

The Clients section is used to register the customers who receive merchandise. It allows you to record and manage all client information, including contact details, associated importer, codes, and administrative data.


Integration with P4 Warehouse

Client records created in P4 Customs are also visible in P4 Warehouse under:

Creating a New Client

To create a new client:

  1. Click New.

  2. A window will appear β€” select the importer associated with this client and enter the company name.

Step 1 – Select the Importer

The first step is to choose the corresponding importer. This ensures that all transactions are correctly associated with the right importing company.

Step 2 – Client Code

The client code is assigned automatically following a predefined sequence. Automatic generation prevents duplicate codes and maintains an ordered registry.


Completing Client Details

Once the client has been created:

  1. Click on the client name (displayed in blue) to open the full record.

  2. Complete all available detail fields.

It is recommended to enter as much client information as possible. Complete records help generate error-free documents and ensure correct merchandise delivery.
