Products
The Product List is the complete registry of all items managed by the company within the system. It contains key information such as:
Product name
Code or SKU
Description
Category
Additional details relevant to management
The product list in P4 Customs is the same list used in P4 Warehouse, ensuring full consistency between both systems.
Creating Products
Products can be created in two ways:
Manually – by entering each product individually through the interface.
By import – using an import template that allows bulk data loading.

Import Templates
Important: When using import templates, do not modify column names. Headers must remain exactly as defined by the system. Do not translate them to another language or customize them in any way — any change will prevent the import from completing correctly.
Product Details
Each product registered in the Product List should include complete and detailed information to ensure correct identification and management within the system:
Serial Control
Whether the product is tracked by serial number
Decimal Control
Whether the product supports decimal quantities
Dimensions
Physical dimensions of the product
Images
Product images to improve visual identification and reduce errors during selection
Category
Grouping for optimized searches, filters, and reports

Registering all these elements ensures each product has a clear and unique identity within the system, reducing errors in commercial and logistics processes.
