# Recuento de totes

El recuento de cajas es un proceso en el que los productos se vuelven a contar en la puerta de envío, puede ser por cajas o por palés, dependiendo de cómo se haya recogido el pedido. Es una forma de verificar que se envían los productos correctos a los clientes correctos.
