# Cola de impresión

La cola de impresión permite ver los trabajos enviados a todas las impresoras en un formato de cuadrícula que se puede exportar. El filtrado por columnas está disponible en todas las columnas de la cuadrícula.

La reimpresión de un trabajo de etiquetas se realiza seleccionando la fila correcta y haciendo clic en el botón Reimprimir.

Si el estado de la etiqueta es Impreso pero la etiqueta no se imprimió, debe comprobarlo:

1\. La impresora está encendida, tiene etiquetas y, si es necesario, cinta.

2\. El servidor / ordenador que ejecuta el agente de impresión está encendido y tiene conexión a Internet.

Para ver los datos de las etiquetas, haga clic en el hipervínculo «Ver» situado bajo la columna Datos de la fila de trabajos de impresión seleccionada.
