# PO Photo

In the process of receiving, it is often a requirement to document various aspects of the process with photos. The P4 Warehouse android mobile app will allow you to capture various photos of the receiving process.

* After selecting PO Photo from the Receiving Menu, you will scan the Purchase Order label and be presented with the option to capture photos.
* These photos will be available in the Web Dispatch screen in the specific Purchase Order record.
